NOTICE TO BIDDERS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law that the TOWN OF CHAZY will accept sealed bids for a USED 2019 or newer Wheel Excavator. Specifications and non-collusive statements will be available for examination and procurement in the Chazy Town Hall, located at 9631 Route 9, Chazy, New York 12921 and may be obtained from the Town Clerk at townclerk@townofchazyny.com.
All such sealed bids must be received in the office of the Town Clerk on or before 11:00 AM on June 4, 2025, after which the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Clerk’s Office. The successful bidder will be notified after the June 11, 2025 Town Board meeting and must be prepared to enter into a contract to furnish the required material or services.
The TOWN OF CHAZY reserves the right to reject or to waive any informality in any and all bids if in the best interests of the TOWN OF CHAZY. Bids need to include a non-collusive bidding certificate and Iran Divestment Act Certification and should be clearly marked BID ENCLOSED: USED Wheel Excavator.
